[By Goyland Williams]

Since the publication of his first book, scholar and public intellectual Michael Eric Dyson has established himself as a force in the fields of cultural criticism, religion, philosophy, and communication studies. From his days at Chicago Theological Seminary to his Distinguished Professorship at Georgetown University, Dyson has become a household name. Whether he is confronting the systematic workings of white supremacy, or reflecting on the brilliance and shortcomings of Hip Hop, Dyson is sure to bring a rhetorical eloquence to the subject matter.
